Hi, I’m Richmond Yeboah, a Data & BI Analyst from Accra, Ghana. I’m passionate about turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that solve real-world problems. I enjoy watching football (soccer), playing table tennis, and exploring new ideas through reading and watching content related to data science and analytics.

My passion for data started with football statistics—I used to compare match outcomes with post-game stats just to see how well numbers reflect reality. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Statistics at KNUST and eventually a career in Data Analytics.

Professionally, I am a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst, DataCamp Certified Data Analyst, and Scalework Certified Data Analyst Professional with over two years of experience across the pharmaceutical and public health sectors. At Ascend Lifesciences, I reduced transportation costs by 20% through demand forecasting, built interactive BI dashboards, and improved receivables tracking by identifying key payment patterns. Prior to that, I worked at Atlantic Lifesciences and the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Health Directorate, where I contributed to data quality and analysis efforts that supported pricing strategies, improved healthcare reporting accuracy, and supported management decisions.

I’m proficient in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Power Query, with experience in dashboard design, ETL processes, report optimization, and data storytelling.

Currently, I’m focused on growing my skills in BI development and advanced analytics, while helping organizations—both startups and larger enterprises—leverage their data to drive smarter, faster decisions.
